Headaches every morning,extreme grogginess,feeling even less rested,less energetic and motivated.All this made me do absolutely nothing for like a hour after waking up,so in total i lost 4-3 hours i could have done something productive.I also upped my morning coffee intake to 3 cups,all the way from 1 just to try and shake the feeling.

Conclusion:I'm going back to 5-6 hours of sleep.I don't want to feel this way when i wake up,nor do i want to rely on coffee for energy
