Edited: I don't have java installed already, and I currently do not have time to install it so. Also, the tool would have been easier for some users, if it could just be used to check the words in a map, manually, the modder would simply insert the respective text into the spell checker and the program would tell it if it's right or wrong written. Just my opinion, although the steps are just a few, most of the users won't even bother to take them one by one. That might be one of the main reasons, your resource is not being approved or used.

if a user had to manually extract each tool tip comment, scenario, upgrades, unit description

that would take a lot longer

instead they can now spell check everything one shot, with the program only showing you the strings with spelling errors.

thanks to @TriggerHappy I'll now be able to make this a fully automated system. though I'm keeping the spell checking manual, everything else will be done with one click

simply show the program where your map is and it will generate a report as well as tell you all the spelling errors
