Depends on whether or not Blizzard is claiming copyright on it, because it has been created with their editor and they own everything made with it, or not.

The only thing you have used the editor for was, gameplay overall. The story they can't copyright even if they hardly wanted to, unless however if they wanted to copyright one of their unique races (like the Eredar) that are in Arkain. Besides, I doubt they'd bother much with how small Arkain currently is.
