She identifies as male or as female based on how she feels at times
She has dysphoria, so sometimes one gender feels more 'correct' than another

But do other know in university or that is being still kept as secret?
How do you handle it? Does his/her behavior changes in those situations?

Others in the university she went to didn't know, and school's over for her anyways.
Her behavior doesn't change, just the identity and the pronouns she wants me to use. More often than not, she identifies as a female, though.
Oh, so it is overall good for you still. You stay in relationship normally with few oscillations here and there.
