The very question is who would be bothered to develop the campaigns? Sure some already have, but some others are not so much luck. It's also not easy to incorporate multiple races into a campaign, sadly.

Or spearhead the project yourself. Also, I remember Unregret has been busy with these kind of stuff, you should have a talk with him on the matter.

Well, im currently making some races (High elf, Demon, Naga and Draenei, after will make too Forsaken, Troll, Faceless and Aqir, and more after Kobold (when finish these models)). After that i could make these campaigns

Oh yeah, I remember. Still, you might be able to cooperate with Unregret, considering his part in UB map.
Don't expect it to be accepted though.
