okay, first you need mdlvis and.. i assume you took the wings from evil illidan model, right? you load up that model (extracted as mdx) into mdlvis and start removing meshes until you get just the wings and they move okay in the animations. next, save that as 'moving wings' or so, mdx.
then press F3 in mdlvis and select the 'bones' tab. start selecting and deleting bones that are not a part of, or connected to the wings, like those for arms and legs, head and such. i think you should keep the 'bone chest' as the wings are attached to it. of course, you need to remove alternate 'black demon' meshes and 'alternate' bones from the model, so.. let me know when you do that
