I think I did... There is really not much else to delete. :/ I am kinda lost, really. Maybe I should send it to your or proxy for some close look up. I did as I always do with wow models - alternate animations, delete unnecesary bones, make my own mesh, delete all that is not needed and in 99.9% of models all were decreased significantly...well so was this one...but 1 mb is still too much.

still i bet there is a plenty of frames yet to inspect and delete. that's a tonn of manual work and you just might feel lazy about it, that's understandeable.

you open the model in mdlvis .39, open animations-controller and just manualy delete everyframe that the animation can still function without. or you pick an empty space mid-frames where the keyframe can be, copy it, delete everyframe around it and paste it. and bam, you have cut like 10-20 or even more heavy frames
