I will tear him apart and will enjoy the new types of screams he makes when I tear his horns off causing his skull to be torn in half after I tore his hooves off. I do also wonder what type of scream a naga makes when you tear off their tail.

Far different, the Alpha Regime in Alpha Universe (led by Fallen Mage) is actually TMK counterpart to a far lesser extend. The Anti-Magic Regime counterpart was destroyed by Alpha TMK (the soon to be Alpha Regime). This actually means you have some magic arsenals of TMK (means there are some Alpha elite mages in Regime ranks), to a lesser extend (no Sky Guardians and such, as Alpha Regime uses what you have showed with Regime Haruhi Fujioka).

I consider it's not related directly, though the name shares and has similarities in some aspect. But it's not official to the TMK lore in RACC. But the main factions is Magic Kingdom vs Anti-Magic Coalition, which is different than the one in RACC flashback, the Anti-Magic Regime, which means there TMK serves as Insurgents of the government in RACC flashback, while this Magic Kingdom serves as a valid nation instead.

Though it's still initial concepts.
