    Step 1, is to look for recruits :p to recruit people, befriend them or if you're not close bribe them by providing an HD model that is unique(that always works for me) or start a thread. That's how I met most of the OrcWorks Inc team :)
    Just make the presentation look good and make the general info sound pleasing to the ears. Of course some people won't like your presentation but that shouldn't stop you from doing your own ideas. I speak from experience man.
    After RoH, I was planning to make another campaign based on another novel. It again, heavily involves Orcs but mainly focuses on the Alliance's side of the story.

    I fixed it. I updated my java. It turned out the jar file was making the bugs...so java was older than the newest versiion. Now it is working properly for me.
    The newest version of MAtrix eater is not working to me...it say "Could not find the main class: com.matrixeater.src.MainFrame. Program will exit." Any idea how to fix it ? and oler versions are woring, but if I click import an choose model...nothing happens :D

    as for hands/feet, just try wrapping the texture they have a lill better, so it doesn't look half-assed (separating, rewrapping, and joining back the meshes will probably make it look better than just wrapping the whole foot or hand) also you could make hands with fingers or like a boxing-glove (aka just thumb and 4 fingers as one mesh) but then you'd need to animate the hand gripping stuff
    eh.. everything but the neck, feet, and hands looks well.. upper back has some color inconsistencies.. and the dude could do with a slightly more pronounced forehead
    I forgot to tell you about extrusion) You must select the shape of the window, paste in it texture "grad2d" and then make an extrusion. And the most difficult - is projected.     Sorry) Poor read your message at first)) I used textures grad2d and made the geoset in the form of windows. Then attach them to a single bone (bone named "glow"). Then make global animation. During this animation I increased bone 5% and set the color of geoset to a more yellow (255, 255, 155).

    you can basically take any of the basic shapes blender can create and edit from them
    not too sure what 'spline' is o.o
    If the model was fixed, Is it possible for the model to be transferred to your Resources?
    For big spies, use the spike things we used on the Frostwolf Barracks. For small spikes, you could use the wooden ones on the Orc Burrow. If you want more bonish features, then use the ones used in the upgrade.
