How I make models:
Wings3D - Very easy polygon modeler ,and my favourite
OBJ2MDL Batch Converter - My own created Obj to MDL converter. I usually use it after i export the model design from Wings3D
War3ModelEditor - Everyone's favourite tool by Magos for viewing animations and create/edit/delete the components of a model. Has Limited and slow vertex editor. It doesnt have advanced features though
MDLvis - Many use this for vertex editing, rigging, animating and UV Mapping.
MOP - Useful for optimizations
War3TextureFinder - Useful for finding textures and favouriting them. Can also be found in War3ModelTuner, which I added later.
War3ModelTuner - My 3d modelling tool. Useful for optimizations,adjustments and working with the components of the model. Limited rendering. No playing animations, rigging editor, uv mapper or vertex editor.
