Glitzage Ballista/Glaive Thrower texture team color edit + icons

Based on this texture by Glitzage. I made it compatible with team color, and edited icons to fit for it.

Just remove the war3mapimported and leave the texture file name intact.

The models are made to be of use for the situations where one needs to use original ballista/glaive thrower at the same time as the custom ones.
Models include textured optimized Ballista/Glaive Thrower (with alternate portrait options) and textured Ballista/Glaive Thrower Missiles.


Edit .2 and .3: death animation particles fixed; also Glaive Thrower missile used the wrong texture path apparently so whoops
