You did somewhere said that Silvermoon must be purged of white elves (check some pics). Well Wolf told that only part escaped so the second part is still in silvermoon (don't know which part is bigger, let him decide).

I don't know anymore...

The Adorei Regiment in Silvermoon is a small force that was sent to act as ambassadors in the Purge of the Wretched. This is only a small regiment, whereas the others remain in Tyr'thalas (now heading to Draenosh).
