This is still when the library is new, for as large of a building as it is the Lycanus have yet to fill it only being 800 years old they dont have an abundance of history. This is also the meeting kind of area where there are more tables and slightly less books. As for the unhealthy obsession he is one of the main leaders of a nearly destroyed race trying to build a city while working over alliances so he is just troubled.
Oh well. True, true... you dont get that much books. Which kinda loses the point in creating a library. Rather the books would be given to each family(I guess your families are similar to clans) and be in the palace.
Yes, this is a good interest then. Though calling us numerous would be a great mistake.
Well my people have long been getting all the lore, history, inventions, myths, geography, anything they could count as knowledge, they put into books, so our libraries were great and big and books were a great part of the cargo we took with us. Luckily we have the Book of Unwritten.
No, the point in creating a library certainly isnt lost. The Lycanus know how young they are and they know how important it is to document everything because they have much that they can learn so they made this library not only to hold the current books but to sanction all other books that are planned to come from lessons learned in a new world.
Hm... my people will reserach your library and yours are welcome at my city and our libraries. We are an old race, but not that old as a faction(800-1100 years old I think), yet we have got as much lore as we could gather.
So one of the interests of Lycanus in Is'Tinai is actually fidning an old race that would be a mentor to them
The Lycanus are eager to learn and improve themselves. The Lycanus absolute best skill is their trust in eachother, with this unbreakable trust they are able to accomplish amazing feats in teamwork and self-sustainability. So while your older and know many more things perhaps you could learn something from the Lycanus seeing as how your race just got betrayed within itself >< . But yes in everyway the Lycanus would like to learn from your histories.
It is the first betrayal ever in our ranks... before, the ways of the Raven and our paths of preserving the inner spark and overall unity and trust keeped us together. He too was one of us, who trusted and and we trsuted him, but him got consumed by a force stronger then anything we ever encountered.
