I like seeing this type of work, you are texture editing as you are model editing, this is very apparent from the shoulders so don't bother denying it lol -- its very different from just texturing or just modeling, the 2 combined slow each other down, one cannot progress much without some more of the other, I believe blizzard does things this way but with multiple people so its a good habit to get in to doing, but hard because most model editors use the in game textures instead of some custom ones, which causes a lack of this type of practice.
My first and only example of trying to do that was with a white walker model I never bothered finishing so -- good job.
