Looking good! Definitely needs a statute if you're going for the same kind of Altar as the rest; likely some kind of Troll, though I've also seen people put various Loa (snake, or Hakkar-like wind serpent).

Also the other Altars tend to incorporate some amount of pillars.

Yep although im going for a more savage/primitive/voodoo kind of theme, i ll add some masks and shit

Pretty much what Kyrb said. :) Right now it seems a bit too small and compact, even if you do add the statue. Try to match its size with the other altars in the game.
