currently he's an omni-unit, even in far eastern asia, top-hatted mustached guardsmen patrol the streets

I'm having trouble making a commoner unit, all the concept art in the world doesn't help if I can't-- well-- "get it right" for lack of a better word.

I think the hat and moustache could be just quickly changed in different variations if they are making a problem.
But i'd like to see it keeped in the main version.
