This is amazing! Any chance you'll tell me what effects you used? It looks like a lot of Fade gaussian blur... But I'm unsure.

It looks almost real!

selecting brighter places, filling it with white, then gaussian blur on it.
same with darker places.
and a lot of other things that i dont remember anymore.
