Your not in a dirrect alliance with Trolman, and Silvermoon is your city, so you don't have to follow the Trolmanian laws aslong as your inside Silvermoons' walls' four corners.

The White Elves haven't done anything to you, so why are you arresting them? And by the way, who are those Blue Guards? High Elves?

Long story. I was angry that they betrayed Trolman. Lets just say that part of white elves had cool secret.
