Then where did he get the armor? Or his weapons? Because it kinda seems lidicarious that he equipped 1 million soldiers. Its kinda of extremely impossible for an army to supplied all at once some officers would not follow this and probaly stay with regular equipment. And I highly doubt he could cure the plague of undeath as there is no cure. Not even the best priest can save you from that.

He could be creating it in Lordaeron.
Plus, how do you intend to create a plague of undeath?! You don't have the time, the skill or the supplies for that.
