I have a lot of reservations with this one but because of this I finally have some inspirations to make an Iron Horde Pack but these ones will be for another race. Might change the design later.
Maybe you coud change the metal rooftops to look like industrial chimmneys, using the torch skin (doodads 1), that way could fit better the fiery industrial feel of the blackrock mountain denizens (shitty photoshoped example):

Perhaps this could be for the stand work animation?
Like, the roof turns a smoldering red and starts emitting smoke whenever a peasant is trained? That would be epic!
