Looks awesome! How did you make it follow the player's cursor?

I plan to release this once I get the go ahead from @MyPad that it won't cause problems.
Basically a hidden special effect that is tracked in an index follows the mouse and then the laser tip increases/decreases it's angle to match the angle of the hidden special effect.

From what I've seen, it looks like a conceptually faithful recreation of the base spell from Lol.
