From what I see on this screenshot, you only imported the model and the portrait, not the skin map (the .dds file).

and do you mind doing the Orc Bowman too as dark green?
I am trying to make the Blackrock Orcs...

@rcshaggy Download the files, go to the path "Orc Warlord Unmounted and derivatives > dark green version" and you will find the model and the skin (orc_mathogunmounted_darkgreen_main_diffuse.dds)

I believe that a part of the name for the skin is missing! it should be "orc_mathogunmounted_darkgreen_main_diffuse.dds"
