Not bad at all. But I'm still not sure about those crystals.
And what about to add "Swarm" doodads? U can try to play with "Flies" model in Wc3, or with Mosquitos ability to make some swarms around crystals and so on. Try to add some Carrion Scarabs with scale 0.30-0.45 as a criters, it will make terrain more live.
