I brought up the texture idea, and I suggested that as I felt in the old version was just too brown. Hence it's why I actually don't mind the tree texture as it contrasts very well, gives it a unique vibe distinct from the other races, and kinda plays into the idea of the lordaeron forests being their home. Of course, that doesn't mean one can't try other textures if they would work well.

But as you mentioned, in regards to the mesh it doesn't solve the issue regarding the townhall.

I am not sure about a perfect solution myself, but I shopped something together as inspiration at least.
It still doesn't change enough imo, but it would be something besides of just adding more chimneys

These spikes getting bigger really add a lot. Personally, however, I would go for something silly. What if a pyramid started growing under the building? Kind of like a tree sprouting from underground.
