Perfect, i have been studying a croco pet model from wow, the number of bones and helpers in the legs are the minimal to move it. I don't really think a WC3 model needs individual finger movement.
About the Huntress, the idea is making it look like the second unit from the barracks, and i'm going to try to put a version riding a Lynx.

Oh yeah, absolutely; pretty much nothing in Wc3 needs that level of detail in animations (especially not a unit, a creature no less). I'm more concerned with gross motor movements than with fine motor movements. : )

The Alliance Barracks? Hmm. Well it's original. I'd say tighten up the chest & thigh texturing, personally (seems kinda messy), and then she really needs something to set her apart; some kind of weapon or armor that makes her unique.
