Yes there is, I dont have space to upload the dependancies and the maps across multible regions only a second account could do that so being my main and only langauge is english i decided to stay in the americas - its not big deal region swapping - you just loose your stats for your other regions wins and stuff, you keep your name and thats about it ... Lol
