I drew a lot of inspiration from a lot of different projects; Not only lore-wise, but gameplay-wise as well
For example, you can't build structures just anywhere on the map - You can only build near your Bases, which must be captured and held first. And each base has a Building Limit of structures which can be constructed nearby them
So you have to wisely choose where and what you want to build
In addition to that, there are 6 new resources which replace vanilla Gold and Lumber - Food and Gold, Metal and Crystals, Wood and Stone
High Elves are a mystical race who rely heavily on mana Crystals, so they need to focus on controlling the parts of the map which have Crystal Deposits
There is also a lot of information about new unit Classifications and Mechanics, but that's just too much to write
