one of the very last model for Kultiras I made maybe two weeks ago having trouble with internet connection I guess its fixed now. I can finally use the sanity checker.
this can be an elite unit or a demi hero or a hero.. dont know yet..
Damn love how this is looking! Always been a fan of helmet visors with all of the little holes like that.
Might be good to make a version with and without hero-glow so it can be used as either elite, demi, or hero based on the needs of the map creator. This would make a great Kul Tiras version of the paladin, but could just as easily work as the Admiral's elite guard, or even a regular specialty unit to replace something like the spellbreaker.
This is the inspiration for this one though I tried to simplify this one and reduce the details as much as possible and be careful with the polygon count. That battle axe alone already have lots of polygons.
Also, i think the armor needs a bit of polishing (like shadows and highlights - basically needs some details) , Id check models from Tauer to see how he is doing the shading on the textures - they are really crisp and stand out as one of the best shading iv seen for wc3. Example
I decided not to buy reforged and stick with classic, for some reasons new games nowadays feels like you are not really buying the game to own it but paying for access. Kinda hard to explain it but i guess thats my reason.

Well, i meant classic on off patch of battle net (I'm just calling it reforged, but the classic graphics enabled) - was under the impression that they also improved the amount of allowed pollys for a SD model , or did something to increase the limits of allowance for it - maybe I am wrong..

Not sure as well but having a model with just enough still makes the game run smoother i guess. Some details is not even that visible in game..
Im just trying to apply what i have learned from my previous human models in this iterarions.. so its still part of the learning process.. and they will be subject to constant change along the way.
