In Kalimdor he could be hidding in Fellwood since it isn't controled by elves. In Easter Kingdoms well anywhere but Trolmania which is Gillineas, Kul Tiras, Stormwind... basically everything except Trolmania.

Arthas knew what is the sacred heart, sacred heart protects you, and also this artifact protects the one who gets it, it will grant himself and his people immortality, so, it can be something like Sacred heart, they are both same types, like what are C'Thun and Yogg-Saron? they are both old gods, got it or not??
