Can I use the meteor ability for the fire spell caster, except make it weaker?

If you're planning to use that Volcano Shield model that's up here on the hive, I might advise against it. It interferes with the entire game, believe me. Suffice it to say that as soon as it comes on the screen, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING (including FoW), lights up horribly and just looks shit :(
