(If I had to complain, aside from lots of CnP, my biggest issue is the giant red face-mask for the 'empty' inventory screen. Just kinda sticks out distractingly. An alternative might be a set of Trollish runes, or (less custom) just a sheave of bark-plate? Not quite sure)
Have you seen the Forest Troll UI from a ways back? Could incorporate some of that too.
