Much scaries because these guys aren't organically destructive.
Zombies on the other side are easily mangled by guns and even conventional melee weapons like pipes.
But half-human sentient bots? How could you beat them if you have limited cannons? Maybe I think of watering them to rust or setting a lof of mines hehehe.

@Battleborn yeah but bots don't bite so you become a zombie.

That is the advantage of fighting bots. Well, in terms of having high armor with uncertain weakeness against magicc/magick or supercharged electric projectiles, they will still stand a chance.

Yes zombies are scary but cabal made cyborg reapers forcefully by kidnapping towns and cities skynet style - they shoot missiles debilitating web like crypt fiends and now comes with an arm laser so really they are actually much worse then zombies - but I still really like this model lol - thx for all the comments friends

no, it does not, not without power, so it will not become a zombie after death, needs technology to move.
