SW, infernal and fire elementals are completely different things. And that didn't work on fire dudes :p

He means the Fire lord quote where he is killed by bucket. And infernals are more then fire.

That's just an easter egg...

Infernals are meteor dudes summoned from twisting nether. And the fire on them is fel fire (notice the green color).

What meteor part? They're summoned as burning rocks (/meteors) which crashes to the ground, and from them, the infernals rise? That meteor part?
