It is a retcon because how the heck did the demons summon them from other planets if they are native to Outland only?

That isn't retcon. There are 1000 possibilities how that could have happened.

1.Same as Ner'zhul and his orcs escaped to Twisted Nether.
2. Piece of dreanor was telported to Twisted Nether and thus eggs were on it.

Dude! The dimensional portals lead to other worlds, not Nether which is the only place they could have gone. Thats because back then they were made as demonic nether creatures and now they are intelligent creatures from Outland unlike in WCIII!

VeljkoM, I really suggest you should take a look at the new map.

I do remember that the first region you enter in Stormwind from the main-gates is Meteor Falls. That region is filled up with Infernals, and you should remember such details to not mess up the lore...
