I was working in base model for my future works with proper neck and head in case i wanted to use short hair and no cape, this one is equal in heigh to the DH. And had to use a WoW rip to eyeball the neck and head position. Then Reforged happened and it killed my productivity ;)
The proportions are so strange, man...
Even the head from the front perspective looks weird.
 
Yes, i admit that. The head looks like Robocop without the helmet, but i worked this following the ingame measurements, the body is pretty much a DH copy with an hexagonal torso instead of the rectangle. And the head was modeled using the bald models as a guide.

I may need to put a ingame screen, but i've the feeling that with a very visible set of pauldrons and an oversized weapon, the model will look "normal"
 
The chest is fine... kinda. what's the bigger problem is the short feet/boots. Wc3 characters tend to have higher ones. And the shape of his head is totally off. His throat is far too wide and his neck as to transition into his throat.

also, his pelvis looks weird because of the texture. If you move the mesh around the leg/chest transition down it should look better.

Besides that, he's generally too thin.
