@Urain You can extract this model from my map "First War Memorium". Open the map in the World Editor, open the Import Editor, find the model "ArcherHuman_Crossbow.mdl", right-click it, and click export.

Don't forget that it's a merge of several custom models, so if you use it, you must credit several people:
