You had plenty of talented people that were willing to work on it (ap0 (being a mod, getting his attention is something worth note, since he already has a huge work load and was willing to take on the project), takakenji (though he was writing story, he could also be useful for models), etc. etc.)
Just get rid of some of the people who did nothing, like coffee.
Well the first thing to do would be abolish any sort of bs job titles, like "creative development" or something like that: basically say if someone wants to work on the project, they're actually going to have to work on the project. People seem to forget that wc3 projects aren't corporate ventures with bs positions like lead supervisor.
