Same issue as with the previous version. This buff may be intended for a specific unit or set of units, but at least on the standard WC3 marine model and its derivatives, it doesn't work very well.

Using it as a "head" attachment results in it completely inside the marine's head, and as an "overhead" attachment it's still partially inside the head - the lowest part of the model comes to about the bottom of the marine's nose. Compared with other WC3 buff graphics, this seems to have an unusually low natural height, which makes it harder to see on units its attached to.
