Pyritie: Death anim's all weird. It stretches weirdly. Also your unwrap is a complete mess. You also need to make the attack anim non-looping.

Yes of course, if you don't care about a sphere looking like a cube.
Why everyone cares so much about the polygons? It's a chess model. You only need 32 units! what kind of a pc can't handle that?

I care. If you don't lower the poly count of all your models to below 200
they're getting deleted. you can billboard planes instead of making them full spheres.

It would be 32k polies.
A normal wc3-unit has 200-800 polies. In a normal funmap there are >100 units. 32k polies aren't many.

in a chess game are 16 pawns, 4 knights, 4 bishops, 4 rooks, 2 queens, 2 kings.
With my models that are 16*499+4*2273+4*1160+4*707+2*1349+2*1003=29248 polies.
Why 64k?

yeah but taking a good look at this... 200 polyies would be easy. 700+ is just insane, did you delete unseen faces and such?
