Review
Review of: Paladin VS Deathknight.
Personal opinion: The idea was good, but I was disappointed when I didn't see their standard spells, which would have made it more like a paladin vs deathknight idea. Also it was entertaining for a couple of mins.
Terrain: Very very small map (This is pretty much a neutral point but I would prefer bigger so it does have a slightly bad impact). Tile variation was okay but it was abit to overdone in my eyes. Also there was a huge load of trees on the sides which was annoying to look at, you could just have made the map abit bigger that way giving more movement area(Returning to that in gameplay section).
Spells: This was well very weird, I first played paladin against my brother and his spells was very overpowered contra mine, his first death coil did 200 damage on enemies, where my holy light did 150 damage (Also they could not heal yourself which was disappointing in a map like this). At max level his did 600 damage to me and mine did 300 = Not that balanced, ofc I had my storm bolt against him but that is not that good when he can frost shield and run around and mass kill me with death coil considering the fact when I was slowed his speed was very fast and mine was very slow = Dead Paladin. Also the tooltips wasn't updated to match for example the drain life said it would give health to the dark ranger, since when did Death Knights turn into dark rangers?
Gameplay:
Well much of the gameplay heavily relies on gathering a damage increasing item/hp item quickly or your screwed as paladin if your death knight you might aswell just get 6x200 mana and run around fuck the paladin as he is very slow and your very fast + your 600 damage death coil. Also the map is very small giving the paladin in this case nowhere to hide/regen hp. Also upgrades, as the death knight you can upgrade your tower if you got lumber(this is a standard wc3 upgrade) which you should have removed. Also it says you can upgrade the buildings defense which you can't but it would have made the map better if you could(By it says you can I mean that there is a 0 in building armor area). Sadly you can't add more units to your spawn nor upgrade them which makes you only control your paladin/death knight.
Triggers: I took a slight look on the triggers it looks good except the fact that your lying! @Description Instant hero revive for both teams!
But yet again we don't get instant revival.
