Made of Lord Garithos. I removed the helmet, re-textured the whole skin, added beard and a crest to the shield.

It would seem that you used filters for a major part of this texture. While sometimes filters can be okay, this simply will not do. I suggest you take a look at some of the toturials we have here on this site: 2D Art Tutorials

I would suggest less filterwork. It might look kinda cool close by, but ingame when these units are in a bunch of three it will be just a mess. Another thing that could make the skin better is a bit more shadow and light around the armor and some dark lines to separate each piece from each other. I can't see it being approved as it is right now.
