Definitely a little stony, and isn't the colors too light to be gingerbread?
But this was a lovely idea, more decor should be added imo, ones that would match the team color, and to give it that tasty look.

im thinking about icing as his tc but i cant figure out his tc
those stony cracks show how crispy is him, like a normal cookies but slightly light brown

This is good, however the other side of the forearm still contains some uncolored parts. :/

It needs texture to look more like cookies.

Yes but you also need to reduce that filter look more. You applied too much grain filter on it which also washed away the stronger highlights from the texture. Try to fix that aeman.
