The perspective on the shurikan doesn't look right, it seems as if it's melted slightly and partly drooping. Normally shurikans and perfectly circular, but this one seems a bit like an ellipse.

looks a bit like its been pre-heated, thus making it melt a bit lol maybe you can see these to get a better perspective ( http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/pastebin.php?id=nu3vun ) but still great icon ^^

The whole thing looks blurry, shading is quite messy, and the background could use some touching up.

suffice to say, it looks a little blurry and the previous having a red backround making it look a bit more agressive, but i think this one's better than its previous.

Add some sort of effects to the background like totally diffirent color or simply a darker one (look for oil paintings), also sharpen the shuriken part, it looks a bit blurry at the moment.
