It is a glaive.
Where do you see black hole? Here is no blackhole and also that "star" in middle isnt a star, it is just colour of glaive.

Ye it is always the same, what can i do? There is no way if the icon quality sucks compared to the big image... i cant do anything for it.

Draw it in 64*64 or 128*128 resolution OR you must cut down on details and use larger brushes.
Instead of drawing 5 lines on the "wing" in your glaive draw 3 thicker ones for example
