Not bad, though you have a broken alpha channel (look at the chain) and you definitely need some highlights. Fix that and it's approved.

EDIT: No alpha on chain, but you masked it really well so it's negligible. Approved.

It's not bad, but it could use more highlights, both on the clothes and on the skin. Take a look at the default grunt skin, for example. Where light hits his arms and chest, it's a very bright colour. Even if you want this orc to have a darker colour skin, it still needs more highlights. Also, the chain across his chest could probably be darkened slightly. It really stand out right now.

If you're aiming for a realistic weathered orc then you must blend that chain somehow as Hawkwing suggested. The skin could be wrinkled or something similar. I wish you good inspiration on this
