The United States would be isolated entirely, and embroidered in a siege of its country that would last a century: As would Canada, and parts of South America.
Hawaii would be lost, Guam would be lost, Puero Rico would be lost, Alaska would be near lost, or lost.
Japan would have taken the eastern lands.
Soviet Russia would have fallen.
Japan and Germany would begin a war over Russia's natural resources, and that would extend into the middle eastern oil fields, with Japan taking control of the entire Indian ocean and the Persian Gulf, and Germany having one hell of a time dealing with the Japanese.
The Jewish population in Europe would be destroyed, hidden, or have fled by what ever means they could muster to the United States in the early stages of the "lost war", when England would have fallen, and the United States beaten back.
Then there would be a 'point of no escape', when the Jews would have been trapped entirely and crossing the ocean to the only refuge made impossible, or risky beyond measure, and only accessible to an extremely small group of Jews.
The reasons:
Europe is over run: Focus on the outer war effort shifts to the inner war effort and the Final Solution.
The Atlantic Ocean becomes controlled solely by the Nazi Navy, and the Luftwaffe has regained air superiority. This makes traveling the distance from Europe to the United States for asylum seeking Jews treacherously dangerous, since the Atlantic would be filled with U-boats, and German warships...they would let none escape, and the Luftwaffe would be an extremely dangerous threat to any ship who dared to cross.
The Germans would have refined, and further developed the Jet, and with the Jet would have gained a heavy lead on the remaining US forces, and the United States continent would fall prey to high speed air raids on its own borders, since the Germans would control the sea, and therefore, control the very borders of the United State's eastern coasts.
The rocket used to bombard England would also be used extensively:
The United States would lose in abundance its eastern ports, industrial complexes, and centers of Government. (Washington isn't that far away from the ocean for a German rocket on a ship to reach)
The Germans would begin their ground assault as soon as the United State's vital organs in the east fell.
Japan would most likely do the same for the western region of the US.
The United States would dwindle, and dwindle, and lose bitter ground metre by metre as the populace was driven into what ever strongholds remained to fight to the last man.
The mountain regions would be the last to fall.
Appalachia would hinder the Germans for a few decades, the people there fiercely independent and patriotic. But there would be a breakage amongst the Appalachians, as many of the settlers there were German immigrants, and their racist tenancies would begin to take root and sprout causing discord and defection, as German propaganda began to take its toll on the already battle weary Appalachians.
It would fall due to dwindling numbers, supplies, treachery amongst the ranks, and isolation.
The industrial complexes on the western side of the Appalachian border (steel, iron, and metals), would be the prime target for German occupation.
The coal, and ore mines in West Virginia, would also be a delicious prize.
The Rivers in these regions would be especially useful.
In the West, the Japanese would face the Rockies, and the Deserts. They would be hindered for a time, until they met the Germans in the Great Plains, and began to fight over the territories there.
The Germans would win the Great Plains war, since their tanks and soldiers (blitzkrieg) would be perfectly suited for the flat, and nearly horizon-less land there, and take the United States up until they reach the Rockies where the Japanese would have made strongholds after their preference.
The last vestiges of the United States populace would flee to Canada, and Mexico in droves during the United States War.
This is where Germany would begin to falter in its war effort.
The rich resources in Mexico and South America (oil, rubber, and timber) would pique Hitler's greed, and the resources in Canada, as well as its strategic places would cause Hitler in his confidence to begin a two fronted war, where he would face fierce resistance from the populace, and environments there.
It would be the Western equivalent, of the Russian Blunder.
The United States remnant, and Canadian forces would begin to retake their lands as the Germans fell back from the northern lands, after bitter fighting, and after much of Canada was destroyed by tanks, and the Luftwaffe.
If a US-Canadian war with Germany succeeded in pushing Germany out of Canada, and the US-Canadian forces made the effort, Appalachia would be taken back first, as the great plains would be too difficult to take for guerrilla forces, and the Rockies too vast (and not as important) to retake (yet)
The South American War would be met with horrid conditions for the German Soldiers, the Amazon would kill many of them from various diseases, and heat.
It would follow a similar pattern to Vietnam. And the Germans would be beaten out of South America, or pulled out to secure the United States from the US-Canadian insurgency.
