Story
Background Story
Twelve peaceful years have passed since The Great War ended. The war that lasted centuries but no man could recall the reason of. The age of despair, bloodshed, loss and grief is now past. The new age brought the opportunity for human kingdoms to rise, as humanity has broken free from the grip of the dragons.

This story focuses on Kingdom of Balgaron and three famous Dragon Slayers: Phodom, Fradz and Galeoth. Each of them starts their journey in different places, but they will eventually meet eachother and join forces along the path. Together, the three are forced to go a conflict beyond their imaginations.

Lead them into an epic world, guided by a strong storyline that covers hate, love, war and peace.

The honored Dragon Slayer Phodom gave up his life as a warrior and began a new life with his wife and his children, far away from the capital of Balgaron in the small town called Dalli. All his plans were going smooth and easy until someone steps into his life and changes everything...Fradz is a young energetic Dragon Slayer known for his short temper and bad manners. This silly thief is a very powerful warrior and it is said that he even killed powerful dragons single-handedly. After the war, Fradz went on many journeys, but one day a mysterious voice told him to travel to the famous Dragon Inn to meet someone who was once very close to him. Fradz accepts this new journey, as he knows that he cannot decline it...Galeoth, the son of a legendary Dragon Slayer lived up to his father's name and became one of the leaders of Balgaron. After the war, Galeoth still believed that the war was not yet over. His obsession to find dragons led him towards the Icy Mountains where he is about to uncover a horrible secret that will change the fate of mankind...

All abilities remade and new abilities: Battle Banner, Fiery Ball, Fire Power, Ultimate Sacrifice, Counter Attack, Energy Shield, High Strike, Crystal Plane, Galeoth's Order, Illusion Army, Magic Convert and Magical Fog.
'Critical Chance' attribute added! It starts from 5% and it can be increased various ways.
Now also Strenght increases Critical Damage just like Agility.
Chapter 5 Pumpking Quest's second cinematic updated.

Vacuum's area of effect reduced. You cannot grab items from far away anymore.

Every single Spell Book spell has been added to the campaign!
Many new items and item changes. For example, superior items, which costs a huge amount of gold, are added to middle chapters; however, they're worth it!
Improved the multiboard a lot. Now it is more informative and better organized.
Combat kings once again rebalanced and changed. The major thing is that now they all cost 2 Honor Points.
Espers improved and made even stronger. Please come and tell me what you think about the Espers now. I've seen that players don't use them and I really want to make them useful.
Many changes to the starting packs! Now they should be balanced, every single one of them!
Stealing improved; now it shows the percentages.
Easter Eggs added; currently just 2 but there will be a total of 12 Easter Eggs. Check them all out!

Chapter 7 is now opened.
Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
All professionals are now universal.
The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.
Once again, more items.
New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Drgon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".
Fixed some bugs.




New Steal System.
Most of the item descriptions are updated.
Some of the items are remade.
Upgraded Lucky Boxes and put new unique items.
And a lot of bug fixes.




Fixed a starting bug from chapter 3. It should now work properly.
Added proper descriptions to the difficulties.




Removed some test items from chapter 1 beginning.




Chapter 6 is now opened.
Now Item Sets have own unique icons.
Honor Shop Disabled. "Ability Bonus" system will be added later to the campaign that replaces Honor Shop Items.

Now there are only two magical balls instead of three. Also now they give solid magic bonus instead of percent.
Removed Phodom's speciality that gives plus one Dig Power every 10th level.
Also changed Professions bonuses.
Some of the spell book spells are remade and balanced such as first Fire Spell.
Added Game Panel where you can for example eat food, move your boxes and cast espers.
And many, many other changes. Once again so many changes I simply cannot remember everything.




Save & load combat kings and spell book spells are fixed.
Restore Panel fixed.
Fixed vitality system.
Six new Galeoth abilities: Chill of the Frost Master, Frozen Storm, Icy Barrage, Inner Light, Mesmerizing Ice Crystal and Piercing Shard.
Combat Kings are remade. All high tier combat kings aren't remade yet.
After every cinematic units you had selected before will be selected for you automatically.
Now quests will give experience like before.
Fixed chapter 5 ending.
Chapter 1 Boss, Chapter 1 Elite Boss, Chapter 3 Boss and Chapter 3 Elite Boss battles are now improved.

That will make it easier I think. If they remove my mana rod no way i will be able to beat zylcious in phase 4.

But can't you have as Mana Rod as you want?

I buy 2 of it because I don't know if they have that vanishing equipment skills and i lost both and i lose because the mana regenerate so fast.

And i dont know if its a bug or not but galeoth have mana shield and omega set make him literally invulnerable.

hello, when i load my save in charpter 2 and try the elite boss, all of the thunderclap effects disapear, so when im fighting him i cant see anything of his rotating spell, i just die from nowhere

sorry for my bad english

Until now, I think dont play the epic boss quest, I just dont know if there is any form to avoid the final stage of dragon dont steal your items, but I cant handle it, He takes randomly my items and them insta disappear, there's nothing I can do against something like that. I know that reward is so good, and new items will be awesome, but, He steal core items.

I dont think that Omega set is bugged, because it's was a hard job get it, a lot of chapters, puzzles and a lot of money, so mana don't be depleted is at least fair, so it is Galeoth's set. Even there are boss' cast that pierce the threshold of mana shield, and if you dont pay attention to turn on another time, the hero will be killed. Galeoth suppose to be the carry hero, and you wouldn't need tank items in him (battlemage boots is enough).

My Omega set was stolen during Zylcious' fight, so how is suppose to fight against Xvareon after this? I think that the previous version of steal items of Xvareon (I have not faced him in 2.1c) put them into the ground and you need fast fingers to recover was better than just a light in the room and all your hard work in previous chapters are gone, I mean item sets, that you got fighting hard before, waiting and seeking a lot for black merchants, all disappear in a blink eye. Yea sometimes he steal both mana rod and nagaeca. BTW I put this last 2 items on Fradz and they combine and become the item vampire fang (Bug?).

Epic boss was so good fight, human form, death knights, monster form, but that randomly dragon steal is completely annoying, until next walkthrough to defeat him (would have something to do against item steal?). Maybe I look like some sadly but hey! I have a most important fight to face afterward and if I lost my item set I will lost the entire campaign. So by now, I'm just thinking to face Epic quest with secondary items and not the main.

The new guardian angel elite quest is so easy now, I prefer the last one, at least you needed to think about power circles. Now just put your heros in autoattack mode and meanwhile eat a pizza.

At this moment I cant figured out how is the puzzle of cave, so by now I blink with the teleport stone inside of Mother spot.

Your luck system now works in last chapters inside of your boxes, I was so mad in ch 10 with my luck, I cant believe that I had lost a lot of lucky, until I remembered that Easter egg of chapter 9, OMG 9 evil eyes on my inventory XD!!! (just put them out and I recovered my breath).

I have a problem with the new Fradz's set, everytime that I cast and an illusion is created, a lag is coming. By now I will just waiting if more people have same trouble.

At the beginning of ch 9 all the spell books are gone, and just have the Ice Esper.

The new final stage of Yurgimar battle is so charming!!! I like a lot, so challenge and you need to pay attention all time and run to all rooms, so good.

BTW number of flowers to find in ch 9 and 10 are ok? I just found barely half of them (like 6/15 more or less).

This is so true I have the same problem. Well if omega set is stolen we're so fucked, I just can think of that. But with new patch I think its okay to lose one or two items (just pls dont remove omega set). Maybe you should remove the cheapest item to the more expensive so all of my hardwork didnt vanished.

Before the Epic Boss you should be at your best. After it you should be pretty weak. It would be a miracle beating both black dragons: Zylcious and Xvareon. Both removes items permanently. Both suppose to be the hardest bosses there are.

Yep, yep. With Omega Set you can make one of your heroes IMMORTAL. But what about the other two?

Basically you're not suppose to. It's either of the bosses, only crazy would go both.

But isn't that like before? Xvareon and Zylcious item steals work differently. Xvareon drops items and then destroyes them in 7 seconds. Zylcious simply destroyes them.

What new Elite Boss? I haven't touched that quest in 2 months or somethig. It was the first thing I created in chapter 10.

Ty for fast answer.

Items that become vampire fang are Nagaeca and Mana rod.

Ohhh I just didnt know about Elite quest, I am sorry, because first time that I met her, I was playing with no giveups, and that boss was hard in that time, so she was strong, but now I reload from end with crate of wonder and an improvement in my item sets and I swear, I kill her in approximately 1 minute, she didnt reach the power circles stage nor divide in 4 angels. Maybe this last time my heros were stronger.

Ok I didnt face Xvareon in 2.1b, then I didnt know about if steal keep same like before. But at least steal of Xvareon is fair and if you are good player you can counter that.

Finally I found the way to dont lost my items in Zylcious battle, but I just did that once in a life, not more!!. You must save a lot of times and reload until you know that steal is coming, then before steal, put all inventory of one hero in your boxes, then pride to god to Boss steal items from that hero, if not, you know... reload once more. I have more than 30 saved files of that battle and even I reloaded much more than that, by now and forward, I dont think to play again that quest anymore.

If luck system works inside your boxes you have to take care of dont have any evil eye inside, because that item will rest you lucky points. It is not a bug, that was my mistake.

The cave riddle says something inside of its own sentence about choose right, you can interpret right like a side o like "well, good, ok, etc", but even with this clue I cant solve this puzzle, or maybe I am so cold to find the "right" answer.

Im sorry but I am that kind crazy people that want everything, I want both dragons, I want to kill Xvareon and not win because I have destiny in my inventory, and I will try like Zylcious fight. If you want to know what is my determination seek me on you-tube by "matias371", you will find a bad quality video (that is an old video when I had some fingers), but at least in that game I said, you will not kill me. I dont gain any money for this I promise, I know is not about this game but at least, It was in W3 platform, the best platform that ever made, and TCO in my opinion is the best campaign that I ever played.

I am replaying this campaign and found some bugs.
1) In chp3 the soul orb is missing in the item shop.[Part 1 of excalibur]
2) In chp3 the omega gloves what is stolen from the epic boss does not damage mana. So now it is not possible to kill the ghost near lucky boss using the gloves.
3) In chp4 the orb of nature claims to add 250 magic damage, but does not add any.

hey, first of all, this map is awesome.. it sooo time consuming... i love that! anyway, iam currently in chapter 7 and i got stuck.. I need black merchant for demon's javelin, but game time got stuck somehow, its always daytime 12:00 .. and because black merchants only do their business at night.. iam fucked, i tried to restart, save/load, restart game.. nothing happened.. any solution? i play version 2.0 (dont have internet now, so cant download new version) cheers^^

also.. are in ch7 rly 15 minibosses and 9 optional quests? or is it just bugged multiboard? o_O i found like 7 bosses and 6 quests

You could kill the ghost with one of the combat kings.(I don't remember the name,one of those combat kings can damage mana,it's position seems in shop‘s second row)

I've got the same position as others about item stealing by Zylcious - it is not fair if you'll kill Zylcious, and be unable to finish the campaign - so what do we got - Zylcious killed, but you have no way to defeat Xvareon and you'd lose the campaign surely. I think that dozens of hours previously played could make anybody hardly sad when you'll lose significant item for the walkthrough, components for which were collected during previous 8-9 chapters!
I mean the purpose for the best items (like Omega Set) to appear so late in the game were the fact that they would be used in final fights. But in final fights (their main aim!) such items are destroyed instead.

So what I suggest:
1. Zylcious fight is really hard, and it is ok if he could steal your items, but I think it would be fair if after the killing of Zylcious all your stold items would be dropped from him on the ground. And please make a constant limit of items to be stolen - for example Xvareon can steal from 1 character, so maybe Zylcious must be able to steal from any character, but in total not more than 6 items.
So, the fight against Zylci would be still hard, but the epicness of the campaign won't be harmed - because you'll got your items back if you'd won and would be able to rush to Xvareon fight.
2. The items makes this campaign so unique, maybe just add the "ban effect" on them insted of stealing? Something like 10 second ban for any item with a cd of 5 seconds for such spell of the Dragon - so we'll got a constant ban of 2 different items in heroes inventory out of 18 items during the whole fight's last phase.
But stealing or destoying of omega set or even jade set - o m g . . .

About multiboard remember Gladiator Arena.

In Ch.7 it is always a daytime in every version of the campaign for every player and the clock is stopped always - it was always like that, and in order to start the time run you have to finish the quest "secret meeting".

Zylcious fight is really hard, and it is ok if he could steal your items, but I think it would be fair if after the killing of Zylcious all your stold items would be dropped from him on the ground. And please make a constant limit of items to be stolen - for example Xvareon can steal from 1 character, so maybe Zylcious must be able to steal from any character, but in total not more than 6 items.

I was thinking same, just during the fight against Zylcious play without some items is challenging and very interesting, and every single fight will be different even if you load a saved file, because Dragon can steal you different items all time. But at the end I think that I need to recover them in order to face last fight.

Other option that I was thinking is: Dragon put the steal items in his own inventory, yea he can get bonus armor, +health, health recover, bonus basic and magic damage and I dont want to say this... but more mana and regeneration mana, meanwhile he keeps on your items, and you will need to steal him another time to recover them. For example if Zylcious stole your Shadow set, you are currently F***cked, because you will need more steal power than Dragon.

My item built is based in basic damage and lot of health, but magic damage could be pretty interesting.

If you consider that you only need to kill 1 Black dragon and It is ok, I dont have to dispute your decision, at least is your work and your creation. You know, until ch 10 you did everything, I mean all quest in previous chapters and I didnt want to miss anything in ch 10.

is it intentional that that cool looking angel (elite ch10) keeps all my heroes stunned like 90% of the fight? :-D it would be just pain in the ass but when he stunns me for 20 sec.. then he reach the cicle.. heal himself and then kill all my heroes.. and when they ress he stuns thrm again... feels not right o_O

ehm and 1 more thing :-X black merchant in ch10? ive been running around for like an hour (in the night ofc) and no luck :-X

btw i was thinking, since iam probably not the only one constantly asking theese queations... once i find most of the stuf i can put some info into the FAQ on the forum (since it doesnt contain ch9 and 10

but where exactly is black merchant in ch10? i know he onl appears at night but i cant find him...

also my spells disapeared in ch9 after i downloaded new version.. only 1 esper was left..

also, idk if its intended or only happens to me or its known.. tho sometimes (like almost always) Galeoths vision becomes very small (he has a vision around him as common peon) while phodom and fradz sees everywhere, galeoth only has small circle,.. he is not very good explorer^^

That bug Freezy has been so long. I've no idea why it happens...

aaah okok ^^ also.. i just started ch3 after almost finishing ch6 (freed galeoth too early and forgot to kill 1 guy that disapears after i kill xada)(aand i forgot to buy zocmo:s gem) aand my galeoths dmg is: 147 - 267 + 40108 .. (not sure why but i have the 1at starting pack (the one with ice crystal) and i got magic convert (tho i only have 1130 mana)
(i bet i would win the most powerfull hero with this guy^^)

EDIT: so it happend after i pick 1st rank of magic convert.. it gives me +40000 dmg.. i mean.. its nice but its hard to steal from bosses when i 1-2shot them :-/

aaand i cant buy zocmo's gem in ghost shop? not sure if it appears later but so far its not here (in previous version it was there from the beggining)

and the giant turtle in ch5 forgot to cross the river (he got invunerability but stayed there trying to kill me)

all theese are version 2.1b
i should probably post it in the bug forum on your website right? :-X

btw even tho theese bugs appear, i love your game.. would give it 5/5 but i have to be registered here for 10 days :-/

Ch3 ghost shop is bugged

Yes the chp3 shop is bugged many items have gone missing. Atleast I know of 2 item sets which cant be completed due to this.
1) soul orb missing(No excalibur)
2) Zocomo Gem(No zocomo set)

I like the story behind of campaign, and I have to say sincerely, if I never had played this campaign, maybe I never would be interested in your book, but now I want more.

Shindi has an unusual interest on Phodom :p.

Aero is there something wrong with chapter 2 fadz elite battle? i cant see the animation when the elite boss necromancer uses skill (the one where he bring his staff down and do a line dmg infront and also the line of ligthing (+) tht turns) Can u help me check? or is there something to do with my settings? version 2.1b

OH and when i start chapter 3 my character hvae +70000 dmg lol, it dissappear when i reaches lvl 33 doing the first omega puzzle (golems). After obtaining the omega gloves each attack suppose to have mana burn which is needed for killing the 2 ghost however for some reason it does not work on them. (their mana wont go down)

- Now Elements+Soul Burn Summon gains extra stats based on chapter starting from 5: 500/1000/1500/2500/4000/6000 Health + 50/100/150/250/400/600 Attack Damage

In chapter 8, what is required for activating icy mountains quest? Jakob doesn't appear on the road although I've killed every boss on the map. I've never had this problem before, so it could be a bug in a newer version (2.1c).
You should complete the first quest which he gave you,then he would show up near north cliff.

Hmm.. something else must be required, maybe killing the main boss, or maybe you have to wait some time? I tried version 1.9m and finished otzi horn quest, still Jakob wasn't on the road. I'm sure that I've done icy mountains quest in that version before.

Remember give a greater magic ball to popag at southwest TP. His name is... (even Galeoth can't remember his name, maybe Malcoga).

But I remembered to popag appears, first I needed to talk with Jakob.

yep, popag appears only after talking to jakob. I've done the quest many times without any problems, therefore this seems very strange.

Try to seek Jacob before beat Otzi King, I know that I experimented something like that in previously versions, but not since 2.0. Tell me if it works.

Look for him just after defeat main quest.
