zombie2279: I presume this is not freehand, rejected until proven otherwise. A screenshotted icon to a corresponding resource is only allowed for submission if the author of the resource does it.

The creator of the model isn't the uploader, seems like this is an japanese model or so..
And the uploader was more than a half year not online.

The uploader was how I said more than a half year not online her and i don't think that he ever comes online again....

ok yeah i checked. its but fix the Bg. its very wierd. and the fact that the head is too blurry is also down factor

You don't need permission if you cannot contact the author for more than 2 months. It's in the submission rules. However, you can only submit a screenshotted icon if you are the author, no matter the inactivity. So, wips/.psd/.xcf files please. A screenshot is not acceptable.
