Recover lost work

I had been working on my map for 6 hours straight, no pause, no bullshit, and ive been testing the map (and I thought i saved each time I launched the map from the editor) then i managed to delete an important object then I thought it would be easier to just reload... but then everything was lost. Anyone know anything about this PLEASE FUCKING PLEASE

if u tested ur map via world editor

maybe if u havent tested anyother
you maybe able to find that map in Test folder in maps where ur warcraft is installed
its named WorldEditTestMap depending on the expansion (icon blue or not)
