Word of Power Spell

I this may sound like a request BUT it is not. I remember many many years ago see either here or at wc3c.net a similer looking spell of that of Gandalf's word of power in Battle for middle earth but in stead of pushing back the enemy's in was a instinct kill. i will upload two picture of the spell i found on google one is at the spells beginning the other when it is finished i will also link a youtube video of the spell. if this help can some one point to me where i can find it or if it no-longer exist can someone make it. thank you
